The National Co-Living Association is dedicated to advocating for affordable housing through shared living arrangements. We believe that everyone deserves safe, comfortable, and affordable housing, and that shared housing can be an effective solution to the affordability crisis in America.
We advocate for removing the barriers that prevent access to affordable housing, including high property prices and regulatory hurdles. By working together, we can pave the way for shared housing models that make affordable living a reality for all.

Our vision is to create a world where shared housing is widely embraced as a practical and sustainable housing solution that promotes social equity and community-building.

Our mission is to raise awareness about the benefits of shared living, and to promote policies and initiatives that support the development of shared housing options.
WHAT
WE DO?
EDUCATION
Our educational programs are designed to provide capacity building to housing professionals who serve underserved communities. The program aims to
enhance their knowledge and skills in incorporating new shared housing models, enabling them to provide innovative housing solutions that fit the way people live today.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Furthermore, the program will provide technical assistance to participants, including access to resources and tools to support the implementation of shared housing projects. This will ensure that participants have ongoing support and guidance as they implement new models in their communities.
